After living in Busselton for a few years with the dream of creating our own Bed and Breakfast and not finding the dreamed land for it, we decided to sell everything, buy a caravan and tour around Australia knowing that this land lay somewhere.
When driving through SA the magic started, discovering all the little towns frozen in time with their old stone buildings and the nice traditional country atmosphere, we knew we were bound to catch this dream.
But why Murray Bridge? Would you say, well for a start it's central, everything is in your reach within an hour or so, such as Adelaide, the Monarto Safari Park, the beach, the vineyards, the steam train which takes you to Victor Harbor where you can catch the horse drawn tram to discover the Granite island and plenty more.
Murray Bridge is a fantastic stepping off point and retains that country town appeal while having all the modern facilities of a regional city.
